Whenever the temperatures drop I reach for the snuggly sweaters that are thick and warm.

I've always had an affinity to knee length coats but after looking at my recent winter outfit photos I think it's time to diversify and get shorter length coats to mix it up. I keep telling myself that I won't be buying coats this season but if a nice camel colored one pops up all bets are off :P
I think it'll be time to go through my closet to see which clothes (still) fit and see what I need to help me along with my New Year fashion resolution. I think this will be a bit of a first for me since I often purchase items based on impulse or justification (secretly convincing myself that I will wear it). I'm hoping I'm not the only one who does this. Wish me luck! :D

Love a warm cozy sweater too! Good idea to first evaluate your closet before buying new stuff. I'm kinda on a shopping ban, but kinda not. I mean, I don't want to buy maternity clothes b/c this might be my last pregnancy and I'll just make what I've already got work for me now. Nevertheless, I am eyeing some colored maternity pants for the spring :).

ReplyDeletelove the layers on you here - such a chic look. it is a really good idea to look at your closet and organize it first. i actually find it discourages me to buy because i realize if it's not in front of me, i don't reach for it. so i end up cycling items into the rotation. xox P
Cute sweater! I am on the hunt for a pair of colored suede heels... I always buy neutral colored shoes and am trying to mix things up a bit!
ReplyDeleteI'm looking at army green type pieces - H&M just got a lot of pieces in and I have my eye on a baseball cap and a vest. Like you, I'm a bit of a coat addict. Last year, I forced myself to purchase only one because I couldn't justify adding to my collection - ha!
